Nutritional deficiencies and exposure to cigarette smoke in women during pregnancy can be overcome with good intensions. One of plants that has the potential to increase nutrition in the body and prevent the level in free radicals at the time of the use of Zuriat (Hyphaene thebeica). Objectives of this research to determine the effect of zuriat fruit (Hyphaene thebeica) tea administration on the reproductive performance of mice (Mus musculus) that is exposed to cigarette smoke. This study is a total experiment with a completely randomized design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 12 mices. Mices were mated and exposed to kretek cigarette smoke for 5 days, followed by oral injection of zuriat fruit tea for 10 days. Data on the number of corpus luteums, number of fetuses, and fetal weight were collected on the 18th day of pregnancy. Data were analyzed by Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan Multiple New Range Test (DMNRT). The corpus luteum numbers of (8-12 units), the fetus numbers (4 at a dose of 250 mg/kg), and fetal weight (0.5 grams at a dose of 250 mg/kg) of mice exposed to cigarette smoke after being given zuriat fruit tea were not different real at = 1%. Zuriat fruit tea has not had a good effect on the reproductive performance of mice exposed to cigarette smoke, indicated by the corpus luteum numbers, number and weight of fetuses did not increase significantly at = 1%.
