Functional gastrointestinal disorder (FGID) occurs in Indonesian adolescents with a prevalence of 40.85% (Ministry of Health, 2020) and is often affected by anxiety through the communication pathways between the brain and intestines. This interaction means that anxiety worsens digestion and digestive problems increase anxiety. It reflects the complex interplay between psychological, biological, and social factors. The purpose of this systematic review was to review the current literature on the relationship between anxiety disorders and gastrointestinal dysfunction in adolescents, including mechanisms, risk factors, and diagnostic and treatment approaches. This systematic review used the PRISMA-P 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systemic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols) protocols. The study was collected through a search of Pubmed, EBSCO, Zendy, and Proquest source data from 2014 to 2020. Keyword search uses the PICO-S (Population Intervention Compare Outcome-Study design) technique. It found 225 studies and 18 studies were included in this study. Relevant articles published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from PubMed and EBSCO databases using keywords such as “anxiety disorder,” “migraine,” and “medical students.” The selected studies were screened based on defined inclusion criteria focusing on qualitative data and mental health correlations. Five eligible studies were included in the final analysis. All studies demonstrated a significant association between anxiety and migraine among medical students. Academic stress was identified as a key contributing factor, with female students showing higher susceptibility. The coexistence of anxiety and depression was associated with increased frequency, intensity, and disability due to migraine. There is a strong correlation between anxiety disorders and migraine among medical students. This comorbidity negatively affects both academic performance and mental health. Although rare, this tumour can occur across a wide age range, from 10 months to 67 years. Histologically, JGCT resembles the adult-type granulosa cell tumour but presents with distinct features, including aggressive growth and the absence of FOXL2 mutations. Common clinical manifestations include an abdominal mass, abdominal pain, precocious puberty in prepubertal girls due to estrogen secretion, and menorrhagia or amenorrhea in premenopausal women. Macroscopically, the tumour typically exhibits a dominant solid component, frequently accompanied by hemorrhagic and necrotic areas. High mitotic activity and variable degrees of cytological atypia are characteristic findings. The diagnosis is supported by positive immunoreactivity for inhibin, calretinin, and CD99. In early-stage disease, the primary treatment is unilateral oophorectomy with fertility preservation. In contrast, advanced stages often require total hysterectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy. Prognosis is highly dependent on disease stage; patients with stage I disease have a survival rate of up to 97%, whereas advanced-stage disease is associated with a poorer outcome. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumour (JGCT). Employing a qualitative research approach and utilizing Robert Entman's framing model, the study systematically analyzes the speech to answer two core questions: how ‘Aisyiyah's discourse frames the problem and causes of faith-based food resilience, and how it frames the solutions and moral judgments related to these community development initiatives. Findings reveal that ‘Aisyiyah frames the problem beyond scarcity, critically highlighting food waste and attributing its causes to educational and moral deficiencies. Solutions are rooted in the holistic concept of "Qoryah Thoyyibah," emphasizing a transformative, values-driven approach from the family to the national level, grounded in Islamic teachings. Theoretically, this study contributes to communication studies by illustrating how non-state, faith-based organizations leverage public relations strategies for social change. Practically, the insights offer Aisyiyah and other stakeholder valuable guidance for developing more effective, community-based, and values-driven food resilience campaigns.
Kholifatul Fauziah Copyright (c) 2025 Kholifatul Fauziah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ 2025-05-30 2025-05-30 4 12 353 361 10.59003/nhj.v4i12.1452 STUDI PERENCANAAN DAN ESTIMASI BIAYA PADA TEBAL PERKERASAN KAKU DAN JALUR PEDESTRIAN https://nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1453
The western gate of ITERA. serves as one of the main access points for entering and exiting the campus, however, the pavement in this area has experienced structural deterioration, and pedestrian activities frequently occur on the roadway, posing safety concerns.
