https://nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1378

Gestational hypertension is a condition characterized by an increase in blood pressure that occurs during pregnancy, usually after the 20th week. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), gestational hypertension affects approximately 6-8% of all pregnancies worldwide, making it one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. This case study aims to analyze the therapeutic management of gestational hypertension in pregnant women according to the literature, following the principles of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM). The presentation of this case study is expected to provide an approach to the management of gestational hypertension in pregnant women, in line with Pharmaceutical Care, to improve the quality of life for both mother and fetus. This research is a case report that uses a descriptive method by analyzing a patient's case. The analysis used to solve the problems in this patient's case uses the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Planning (SOAP) method. The subjective data analysis of the patient in this case includes a history of current illness, which is hypertension, a history of previous illness, which is hemorrhoids during the first childbirth, and a family history of illness, which is the patient's mother having a history of hypertension. The objective data obtained includes vital signs from March 7, 2018, which showed a blood pressure of 165/110 mmHg, body temperature of 36.8°C, pulse of 74 beats per minute, and respiratory rate of 22 breaths per minute. On March 8, 2018, the vital signs showed a blood pressure of 130/70 mmHg, body temperature of 36.8°C, pulse of 84 beats per minute, and respiratory rate of 22 breaths per minute. The laboratory examination results showed leukocytosis with a value of 13.4 Rb/MMK (normal value 4-11 Rb/MMK), elevated segmented neutrophils with a value of 76.3% (normal value 40-70%), and low blood sugar with a value of 65 (normal value 80-120). The assessment of the therapeutic dosage given to the patient, including Amoxicillin 500 mg 3 times a day to prevent infection, Nifedipine 10 mg 3 times a day to treat gestational hypertension, and Ultraproct N suppository 1 time a day to treat hemorrhoids, was found to be appropriate. The plan for the patient, Ny. E, includes continuing Nifedipine therapy until the target blood pressure is achieved (< 150/80-100 mmHg), dietary changes with a low-salt diet, and lifestyle modifications. In conclusion, the patient, Ny. E, experienced gestational hypertension with a blood pressure of 165/110 mmHg, which is classified as severe hypertension. The therapy given to the patient was found to be appropriate according to the guidelines.
Sitta Hasanatin Sholihah

https://nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1362

In this study, the effects of formative assessment on students' English language proficiency—specifically, EFL/ESL learners—are examined. Formative assessment is a crucial component of the classroom learning process and has been shown to improve students' academic performance and engagement. The impact of formative assessment on raising students' English competence at MTsN 1 Susoh was examined using a descriptive qualitative research methodology. The English teachers at MTsN 1 Susoh are the study's participants. Additionally, the researcher chooses two teachers who employ formative assessment to gauge their pupils' speaking proficiency using a purposive selection technique. Data were acquired through observation and interview procedures. This study highlights how crucial it is to establish an engaging classroom where students can freely express their ideas and work together with their peers. Students are more motivated to learn English thanks to this method, which also promotes participation. According to the results, formative assessment can greatly enhance students' speaking abilities if it is used properly. This is because it encourages students to actively participate in their evaluation process by establishing criteria and doing self-evaluation. Despite its advantages, formative evaluation is still difficult to apply successfully due to problems including packed classrooms and time management. In the end, this study promotes the use of formative assessment methods in English language instruction to enhance students' speaking proficiency and overall educational experience.
Septia MardellaZuhri Efendi

The Mandalika tourism area has experienced a 25% annual increase in visitor numbers since 2019, generating more than 30 tons of waste per month, with the majority consisting of plastic waste (60%) and organic waste (25%). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of health promotion in waste management in Mandalika. The methods used include surveys and interviews with 200 respondents, consisting of tourists, local communities, and tourism operators. Survey results indicate that 70% of tourists are aware of the importance of disposing of waste properly, but only 45% consistently practice it. Among the local community, 85% support cleanliness programs, but only 50% understand proper waste management, including the separation of organic and inorganic waste. Health promotion interventions conducted through posters, social media, and education in local schools have increased awareness by 30% among the community and visitors. This study found limitations in waste bin facilities, which cover only 60% of public areas, as well as a lack of training for tourism operators on the importance of cleanliness. The study recommends enhancing health promotion programs by expanding cleanliness campaigns, providing waste management facilities throughout tourist areas, and empowering local communities as environmental ambassadors. Collaborative efforts between the government, the community, and tourists are expected to create a cleaner and more sustainable tourism environment.
Dewi Utary

The Golden Age phase is the most important stage in a child's development. In this phase, physical and psychological functions mature which allows the child to respond optimally to stimulation from the environment. This period is also the basis for developing cognitive, motor, language and social-emotional abilities, which will later support children's learning process at school. Unfortunately, not all parents realize that at the PAUD (Early Childhood Education) level, training and developing cognitive, motor, language and social-emotional skills is much more important than just focusing on reading, writing and arithmetic skills. This understanding is really needed by parents and teachers in order to prioritize children's development in early childhood. Currently, some parents and teachers in the Thousand Islands still do not understand the stages of child development which include sensory, motor, language, cognitive and social-emotional aspects during early childhood. As a result, children's potential is not trained and optimized properly. Therefore, solutions are needed to increase parents' understanding regarding children's development and education. The methods used in this research include initial surveys, FGD implementation, and problem analysis. The research results show that there are still many teachers and parents who do not understand the importance of stimulating children's development holistically, so training and mentoring are necessary solutions to increase their capacity to support early childhood development.
Fadiya Dina HanifaKurnia Mega Hapsari

This study aims to analyze trends and identify research gaps on the resilience of Islamic banking using 23 studies in the period 2019–2023. The methods used are systematic literature review and mapping study. The results of the analysis show that the majority of studies discuss the influence of the financial crisis, economic uncertainty, internal banking financial indicators and macroeconomics on the stability of Islamic banks. The regression method is the dominant approach in testing the relationship between variables, while some other studies apply the Early Warning System (EWS) to detect banking risks. However, there are several gaps in the literature that need to be considered in further research. First, many studies only focus on the analysis of Islamic banking resilience using net Non-Performing Financing (NPF) without considering its impact on certain economic sectors. Second, most studies only evaluate the significance of variables on banking resilience without calculating the optimal level of each indicator in the current economic context. Therefore, a more comprehensive approach is needed with an analysis model that is able to measure the optimal balance between risk and profitability of Islamic banking. Future research is also suggested to adopt a dynamic approach that considers the variability of economic conditions and integrates technology into the Islamic banking system to increase its resilience to both internal and external shocks.
Dimas Bagus WiranatakusumaAlivia Mufiddatul Aryanti

This study examines the implementation of anti-bullying regulations in junior high schools in Kediri Regency and the obstacles faced in their implementation. The results of the study indicate that schools have implemented various policies, such as anti-bullying regulations, character education programs, and counseling services for students. The role of teachers, students, and parents greatly determines the effectiveness of these policies, although parental involvement is still a challenge. In terms of legal responsibility, schools strive to carry out their obligations in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Permendikbud Number 82 of 2015, but there are still variations in effectiveness in handling bullying cases, depending on the availability of resources and the understanding of educators regarding the regulations. Some of the main obstacles faced in implementing regulations include teachers' lack of understanding of the mechanisms for handling bullying, limited facilities, and minimal awareness of students and parents. To overcome these obstacles, recommended optimization strategies include increasing teacher capacity through regular training, strengthening reporting mechanisms, and increasing the role of parents in preventing bullying. In addition, support from local governments is needed to provide counseling service facilities and campaign for anti-bullying programs. https://nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1398

In this case study, earthquake is one of the loads that is considered in designing and analyzing buildings. So that the earthquake becomes the author's calculation in analyzing the building against the strength and safety of the structure in receiving earthquake loads that occur with the anticipation of another earthquake history such as the El Centro earthquake. The author aims to analyze the performance of the structure that occurs against earthquake loads, the analysis also pays attention to the level of value that can be achieved by the building nonlinearly, namely the increase in the value of the initial acceleration of the earthquake (Level Aog) that occurred. The analysis is carried out on steel buildings that have bracing, concrete reinforcement, and there are machine activities. Structural performance analysis uses numerical methods and iterations which are assisted by a structural analysis program. The analysis is carried out by defining the hinge on the structural element. The analysis process is carried out in stages with the condition of the machine which is also considered in the leveling time history method. Time history which is also a history of vibration and machine vibration activity adds to the input parameters of the analysis carried out on the building. The response of the building due to engine vibration will be compared with the condition of the building when the engine is off which does not cause vibration. Structural performance analysis is carried out by increasing Aog until the structural elements of the building are no longer able to withstand shear forces and loads that occur when severe damage or conditions are above Collapse Prevention (CP). The results of the structural analysis will produce output in the form of Aog levels with plastic checks with color visuals, deviation checks and rotation checks based on FEMA 356 so as to produce structural strength capabilities. Based on the vibrations that occur with machine activity, the frequency can still be held by the building. The machine vibrations that occur, dampen the vibrations caused by the earthquake so that the leveling indicator becomes larger.

Ahmad YudiAndrew Andonia First PurbaAde Prayoga NasutionM.
The increase in the number of vehicles in Indonesia, particularly in Bandar Lampung, has led to higher traffic flow, which potentially causes various transportation issues, one of which is noise pollution. ZA. Pagar Alam Street, a primary arterial road in Bandar Lampung, is one of the main routes with heavy traffic, especially in educational areas. One of the schools located along this road is SD Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratu, which is likely to be affected by noise pollution from the high traffic volume. This study aims to analyze the impact of traffic flow and vehicle speed on noise levels in the school environment and compare the measurement results with the noise threshold set by the Minister of Environment Decree No. KEP-48/MENLH/1996, which is 55 dB for educational areas. Measurements were conducted using a Sound Level Meter over three days—Monday, Thursday, and Saturday—from 07:30 to 12:30, representing traffic conditions on regular school days and weekends. The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview of noise levels in educational areas and serve as a reference for mitigating the impact of noise pollution in schools located near major roads.

Ayu Kamila KhanzaMichael Michael

Cabbage leaves (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) are known to have potential anti-inflammatory activity so they can be used as therapy to reduce swelling, especially in postpartum mothers. Its main active ingredients are flavonoids and phenolics, which play a role in inhibiting the inflammatory process This study aims to develop a gel based on cabbage leaf extract as a safe and effective topical preparation to treat postpartum swelling. The research was conducted using an experimental method using female mice as a test animal model. Cabbage leaf extract was obtained through the maceration method with a 96% ethanol solvent, which was then formulated into a gel with three variations in extract concentration (2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%). Evaluation included preparation quality tests (organoleptics, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, and dispersibility) as well as anti-inflammatory tests using carrageenan edema models.

Results showed that all gel formulas met the quality criteria of the preparation with an appropriate pH for optimal skin application and spread. Anti-inflammatory tests showed that the formula with a 5% extract concentration had the best activity, with a significant decrease in the volume of edema in mice compared to positive and negative controls. In addition, the viscosity and dispersibility of the gel are in accordance with the standards of topical preparations. In conclusion, cabbage leaf extract gel has the potential to be a safe and effective anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical preparation for clinical applications, particularly in reducing postpartum swelling. This research contributes to the development of natural ingredients-based drugs with wide use prospects in the field of maternal health.
Qurratul A'yunAlief Putriana RahmanAch.
