Sarcopenia is an age-related muscle disease characterized by declining muscle strength, muscle quantity or quality, and physical performance. Early health education is important because muscle decline develops progressively and can affect mobility, independence, and risk of falls. This community service activity aimed to provide education about sarcopenia, its risk factors and signs, simple screening concepts, and strategies for maintaining muscle health through physical activity and adequate nutrition. The activity was conducted for 28 members of ISBANDA (Ikatan Istri Bank Daerah) Bank Nagari Padang through an interactive health education session using presentation media and discussion. The material covered the concept and consequences of sarcopenia, SARC-F and walking-speed screening, resistance and aerobic exercise, protein intake, and vitamin D. Because the activity did not use pre-test and post-test measurements, the results are presented descriptively based on participation and implementation of the educational session. The activity provided participants with practical information for maintaining muscle strength as part of healthy ageing.
