The need for appraisal services to determine a property value for various purposes today plays a very important role. Looking at the development of the property business as an investment. The way to calculate the price of land in an area can be done by conducting price surveys both on the internet, the mass media, or asking directly to the people around the area regarding land prices in sales transactions that have occurred in a recent time, for example the last three months. From the results of the survey, it is then known that the value of the house per meter, which if multiplied by the land area, will become the total price of the land. After calculating the price of the land, the next thing to do is to calculate the price of the building which has a reference object of the house which is assessed by levels such as low class building quality, middle class building quality, upscale building quality, and luxury class building quality. After determining this, the price per meter of the building is determined. After calculating the total price of land and the total price of the building, the two calculation results are added to get an estimate of the value of a property.
