PELATIHAN PENULISAN PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS BAGI GURU MATEMATIKA SMP NEGERI 2 TANJUNG MORAWA

The problem that occurs is that there are still some mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa who still don't know how to make systematic classroom action research. Also, there is no Journal for SMP teachers as a medium for them to submit their papers to have some credits. Based on that case, I tried to give them training how to design classroom action research, and how to keep a proper journal. By having this, teachers are expected to be able to find their topic and design their class research, then they will make a paper that can be sent to a journal. Automatically, they will have some credits to increase their score. In the training that I gave to mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa that there are still many teachers who are lacking in making research and papers. After understanding the material, they try to do research in the classroom and design it into an article.
