GAMBARAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI POS KESEHATAN DESA CIGELAM (POSKESDES) KECAMATAN CIRUAS SERANG BANTEN

Community health services have a very important role which is to ensure health needs or all aspects of public health services. Objective: to analyze the most important factors that influence patient satisfaction with health services at the Cigelam Village Health Post, Ciruas Serang. Method: The research method is carried out to describe or describe a phenomenon that occurs in society without looking for relationships between variables. And the way the sample can be taken is accidental sampling, where the sample is determined by chance, meaning that anyone who happens to meet the researcher by chance can be used as a sample. Conclusion Low patient satisfaction will affect the development of health services in Cigelam Village. Patients who are dissatisfied with their services after receiving a medical examination, the patient decides to move to another health service. it is better able to provide superior service. Lack of patient satisfaction can result in a loss of patient confidence in health services.
