HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI (SELF EFFICACY) TERHADAP BURNOUT PADA PERAWAT DI RSU KABUPATEN TANGERANGTAHUN 2021

Nurses are required to have certain behavioral dispositions in order to solve them.A behavioral disposition that is self-efficacy. Self efficacy is defined as a belief about the abilityto be able to carry out their obligations successfully. Burnout is a fatigue syndrome, both physically and mentally which includes developing a negative self-concept, lack of concentration and negativework behavior. This condition makes the atmosphere and commitment to decline, performanceand employee performance are not optimal. This also makes workers so stressed, reluctant to be involved in their environment. Burnout can arise due to prolonged work stress and is a situation that cannot be avoided by nurses to carry out their profession of providing nursing care for patients in hospitals. Research design cross sectional measuring variables at the same time. There are 113 nurses in Tangerang Regency General Hospital. Sampling in this study used a total sampling of 113 respondents with the relationship between self-efficacy and burnout in nurses. Collecting data using self-efficacy and Burnout questionnaires. The data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the Chi-Square Test analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the significantvalue of p value = 0.00 or ≤ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Self Efficacy and Burnout in nurses at Tangerang Regency Hospital.
