Drugs are an irreplaceable and important component in health services. World Pharmacist Day is an award and recognition of pharmacists for the important role of pharmacists in health services. Previously, the traditional role of pharmacists was as a profession of compounding and dispensing drugs that had been written by doctors. But now the paradigm has changed to improve the quality of health into pharmaceutical care services with patient orientation. The Little Pharmacist (Apocil) activity aimed to educate elementary school students in Bekasi City so that they could understand the pharmacist profession and basic information about drugs. The purpose of this service was to increase students' awareness of the importance of being selective in using drugs and not buying drugs randomly at drugstores or pharmacies without getting enough information. Methods used were counseling or educating and games about the introduction of drugs. The implementation was carried out in one of the elementary schools in Bekasi City to 50 students. An important finding was that the students did not understand how to get, use, store & dispose drugs properly. The result obtained from the service was the understanding of the students about how to get, use, store & dispose drugs properly. It could be concluded that the Little Pharmacist Activity Program could provide pharmaceutical knowledge and other basic health knowledge to elementary school children so as to increase the awareness of elementary school children towards the proper and correct use of drugs.
