Injury is any physical complaint related to play or training that prevents a player from fully participating in a game or training session for at least one day. The most common injuries are bruises which are usually the result of an impact or occur when a sudden compressive force occurs and often occurs in contact sports. The purpose of this counseling is to determine the level of understanding of bruises and the initial treatment when they occur in the "Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Kartasura" community. The outreach activity was attended by 18 community members. Data collection is done through interviews to find out the problems that often occur. The method used is pretest and posttest questionnaires. The delivery technique is in the form of lectures through power point media. The results of the comparison of the pretest and posttest showed that the level of understanding of the members after being given the extension material increased and entered the good category.
