Chronopharmacology is a derivative of pharmacological science that focuses on modifying the time of taking drugs based on the circadian rhythm of the human body for 24 hours. Modification of the time to take this medicine becomes a science that must be mastered by pharmacists to serve the community. This research aims to find out the level of knowledge of students' education pharmacist profession in mastering the science of chronopharmacology. This study is an experimental study conducted on prospective pharmacist students. The research was conducted by giving a questionnaire that contains 10 questions related to chronopharmacology. The results of filling in the answer are divided into three parts of the score, namely a score of 0-4 indicates a low level of knowledge, a score of 5-7 indicates a moderate level of knowledge, while a score of 8-10 indicates a high level of knowledge. In this study, a sample of 49 students was obtained with a sample of 11 men and 36 women. The average overall score of the sample was 5.22 with the highest score of 8 and the lowest score of 2, and the median score of 6. From the data, it can be concluded that the mastery of students related to the science of chronopharmacology is in the medium range.
